BBQ Box (AMK Hub) 串烧工坊 (宏茂桥城)

I had a very pleasant experience at the AMK Hub outlet. The staff, Yu Jing provided excellent service and was warm, friendly, and professional throughout my visit. From the moment I arrived, she greeted me with a genuine smile that made me feel welcomed and comfortable. She ensured everything was handled smoothly during the entire dining experience. The food was fresh, delicious, and well prepared. Every dish was enjoyable and truly exceeded my expectations. Overall, it was an excellent experience with both great food and outstanding service. I would definitely recommend this place and look forward to visiting again, especially to be served by Yu Jing once more 👍☺️

Worth the experience with wide varieties of menu item. The items were already pre-bbq in the kitchen and just have to keep the food warm on the table. Worth to try the side dishes such as the salad and chilli oil dumpling too. A decent supper spot too to consider.

Had dinner at BBQ Box 串烧工坊 in AMK Hub and satisfied my North Chinese BBQ cravings 🔥 Known for their Chinese-style barbecued skewers — 串儿 (Chuan’er) — they offer close to 50 grilled options ranging from meat to seafood and veggies. So many choices, so little stomach space 😅 What we ordered: • Grilled Mutton Skewer • Grilled Beef Skewer • Grilled Iberico Pork with Sauerkraut Rolls • Grilled King Oyster Mushroom • Grilled Pork Intestine • Grilled Squid with Spicy Sauce • Grilled Spicy Chicken Gizzard • Grilled Shisamo The skewers were barbecued to perfection — nicely charred, crisp but not burnt. My favourites were definitely the shishamo and Iberico pork. Super fragrant and addictive! 😍 Portion-wise, the skewers are on the smaller side for the price. They’re served on a small heating stove powered by a tiny candle to keep everything warm — a thoughtful touch. Beers are available too, perfect pairing for BBQ nights 🍺 Add-ons we tried: • Pork Dumplings with Chilli Oil • Rice Noodles with Clams (very generous with the clams!) • 3pcs Numbing Spicy Sweet Chicken Wings (served piping hot 🔥) Loved the dumplings — the chilli oil sauce was spicy but well-balanced. The wings came super hot and flavourful. What a chill place to drink and eat the skewer here! I like their food especially oyster as juicy, besides their orleans chicken wing and golden toast good also. Their service are quite good as I drop the chopstick then I can get the new one just a few seconds. Will come here again!

My first time having BBQ box and definitely not the last. Queue moved relatively fast during peak dinner time. Food was well seasoned and tasty and place was really clean which is impressive for a bbq restaurant. Shout out to 余静 and 彬鸣 for the super friendly and welcoming service too!
