My outdoor video doorbell (Doorbird) was installed by Automate Asia. It was a hassle-free, quick and easy process. Throughout the process, Mike was responsive and responded to my queries in a timely manner. Recommended.
Engaged them to install a smart intercom and indoor unit (DoorBird). Installed without issues. Units have been working fine for about 9 months. Excellent customer service. Would recommend. I did enquire about their fuss free home network setup service (UniFi) but I thought that was a bit pricey so I DIY-ed that.
Was good working with Automate Asia, Mike in particular. They are very accommodating, particularly since setting up a smart home requires a lot of back-and-forth questions and coordination between them, the homeowner, and the renovator. We collectively encountered a lot of challenges in my home reno/setup, and AA has been working with me to resolve these at every step.
I've called on the services of the Automate Asia team a number of times now and am always impressed by the level of service.. in terms of cost, speed of installation, and after sales. I'm really happy with them and would highly recommend Edwin and the team. Thank you guys for all your help.
Was pondering to get my Homey from Europe or Singapore. And I am glad that I got it from Automate Asia. Reason being their 2 years warranty is consider local with no lost time in my home automation journey. On top of that, they also contributed to the homey community thru their app development.
