ハウスメーカーで何社か相談しましたが、こちらの希望する内容は「難しい」「対応できない」と言われることが多く、半ば諦めかけていました。そんな中でこちらの建築会社さんに相談したところ、最初から否定するのではなく、「どうすれば実現できるか」という視点で親身に考えてくださったのがとても印象的でした。 打ち合わせの中でも、こちらの要望をしっかり汲み取った上で、現実的な提案や代替案も出していただけたので、不安なく進めることができました。柔軟な対応力と提案力の高さは、大手ハウスメーカーにはない強みだと感じています。 仕上がりについても大変満足しており、「ここにお願いして良かった」と心から思っています。こだわりがある方や、他で断られてしまった方には、ぜひ一度相談してみてほしい建築屋さんです。

Because it's in a designated development control area, it took a little while before construction could begin, but since the framing was completed, things have been progressing smoothly. After comparing our options with other manufacturers, we came across ACE FORM and decided to work with them. Their reasonable proposals, including the price and the free furniture and lighting, were a major deciding factor. They also made various suggestions regarding the floor plan based on our requirements, and we appreciated their flexibility in accommodating even our smallest requests. However, from meetings to completion, there were many instances where we felt uneasy about the lack of communication and responsiveness. In particular, we were told that we would be able to receive subsidies without any problems, but in reality, our application was delayed and we were unable to receive them. We were only informed of this fact much later. Furthermore, we were told that the house was earthquake-resistant grade 3 and equivalent to a long-term quality housing standard, but no official application was actually submitted, and we were unable to receive earthquake insurance or long-term quality housing-related subsidies. We understand that applying for a home incurs costs, but we believe the client should have been informed and proposed to in advance about the options and impacts. Ultimately, it is the client who makes the decision. Despite this being a very important financial aspect, there was almost no concrete advice given unless we inquired about it, which made me feel that there was a lack of support. It's true that there are some things I regret, but I'm grateful that in the end they built us a wonderful home. I expect we'll be working together for a long time, so I hope they will take responsibility for the aftercare and provide thorough support.

I recently signed a construction contract. The land I liked came with building restrictions from ACEFORM. I was also drawn to their concept of "striving to be the best in living," which is why I decided to entrust them with the construction. The result was excellent.
