"I visited here first to leave my luggage, but I realized it’s actually a great, high-quality gift shop selling local products from this region. I bought a sake, soy sauce and a seasoning salt which are all well-packaged and tasty:) I really wanted to get a sake glass but it was quite expensive though the design was amazing. They also sell tea and meals. All the staff were very helpful and paid great attention to the customers. My mom and I really felt appreciated. :)🫡🙃"

"We purchased a used property and had it remodeled (renovated) by Renowise. We have a wonderful home. We are truly grateful. The company president personally handled the project, but we were concerned about the slow and insufficient response. There were several instances where requests were skipped (although they were accommodated if we asked later), which meant we were unable to start life in our new home feeling at ease. All of the craftsmen were wonderful and their service was excellent. Thank you very much. However, the service betrayed our expectations. At first, they were polite, but gradually we became disappointed with their sloppy work methods. Please be careful."
