One of the best malanin SG if U ask me... The deep fried lotus roots were good too, and although I didn't wanna fry my potatoes at first, it turns out decent, just like potato chips. The spiciness of the mala was just nice as well so taste wise, I would easily give a 5 stars. BUT... and a big one... It cost $42 for 2 pax! Most expensive mala ever... True that I accidentally got a slightly heavier lotus root... But still at $3plus (3.50?) per 100g, and same for both meat and vege, my deep fried lotus roots turns out to be about $20. Scary... Just for the price alone, I won't be back again. But of course if U happen to stay or study nearby, then it probably makes sense still. Just beware of the heavier items, esp the non meat ones.

Love this restaurant! The food is delicious, and the service is quick and friendly. Prices are reasonable, and there’s a great variety on the menu. I especially love how they fry the fish slices, luncheon meat, and mantaus — perfectly crispy! We accidentally spilled a drink, and the staff immediately helped us move to another table and even replaced the drink (I only realized afterward, right after I bought another one) — really thoughtful service!

Giant flys flying and landing on the raw food which were placed inside the chiller. Saw the staff using a electric fly swapper killing it and it landed on the raw food which the staff can't even find it. When I question your staff, they awkwardly replied there too many flys and the blue light doesn't seems to have any effect. Told them if they swap, the dead flys will dropped onto the food and you can't even find them. Isn't that worse? Why don't the management consider getting a close fridge instead of a open concept chiller? Solved the hygiene issue please. In the end my whole family decided to leave without eating

I had dinner at this outlet as it’s the closest to my home. I went with a friend and we shared the same food the only difference was that I had Thai milk tea while he had a canned drink. About 3 hours after the meal, I started experiencing severe diarrhoea and vomiting. It was extremely serious I became dehydrated and could barely walk. This has been the worst case of food poisoning I’ve ever experienced. I have reported this incident to SFA as well as the outlet. So far, SFA has responded, but I have not received any response from the outlet itself.

Decent staff and atmosphere. Regular customer here but at other outlets closer to town. Regularly eat like once - twice a month. Local Startup for Mala Collagen Soup huats! One of the best.
