The architect also effectively incorporated my requests into the blueprints, and I'm happy with the floor plan. The house is warm even with the heating off. I also like the open-ceiling ceiling. However, the site management was lackluster. Our requests didn't reach the subcontractors. Additional work was contracted after the contract was signed. Even when I pointed out areas where the workmanship wasn't satisfactory, they didn't understand. There was supposed to be a client inspection before handover, but there wasn't. Areas that could get dirty weren't protected, so the house was handed over in a dirty state. They cleaned it up afterwards, but it still wasn't clean, so we had to give up. The subcontracted carpenters worked hard. I should have been more forthcoming and asked the carpenters and the sales representative about even the smallest details. The site supervisor didn't seem to visit the site often, so...

I bought a pre-built home. I bought it because I was told that one air conditioner would be enough for heating and cooling, but it didn't work. I wanted to install an additional air conditioner, but when I inquired, I was told that drilling an air conditioner hole in the wall with anyone other than Update voided the warranty, so I asked Update to install the additional air conditioner. After the air conditioner installation was completed, outside air was leaking in through the air conditioner sleeve hole, and the home's airtightness was completely compromised. It's cold. I'm disappointed, considering I paid about twice the installation fee as I would have paid at an electronics store. If they're advertising high airtightness and insulation, I wish they'd pay a little more attention to it. I'm worried about condensation inside the walls in the future. I recommend installing an air conditioner sleeve hole beforehand if you're planning on building a house in the future.
