I searched for used properties and newly built homes in Nagaoka City and spoke with representatives from five real estate companies and manufacturers. I received thorough after-sales support even after moving in. - Clean - Good value for money. - The doors and system kitchens are made by major, reliable manufacturers. (In other companies' renovated properties, the manufacturers were often unknown.) - They answer any questions, so it's easy to discuss anything. - Low property taxes. - After living in the property, I feel the layout is easy to live in. - The property was inspected by a third-party before the sale and has been certified as an Anshin R Housing. After looking at other companies, I realized that this level of service is rare in the buying and selling of used properties. - You can discuss additional renovations. We added double-glazed windows and garden work. - When I asked about the previous residents, they said there were no psychological defects or similar incidents. Cons - The floors feel colder than new construction. - Because it's a renovated used property, there are some issues that won't be apparent until you move in. When I purchased the property, the person in charge told me, "I think our relationship will truly begin once you move in, so I appreciate your help. Please contact me if anything comes up. I'll handle it responsibly." I took them up on their offer and didn't hesitate to ask about even the smallest details. They've never given me a negative response. They've handled everything so well, so I feel at ease living here. We purchased our property through Reno Village (a renovated used property), but it seems they're currently working on a project called Blue Note, which isn't just about renovating properties.
