I contacted Detail Home because I had a concern about a problem with the window sash in my house, which is five years old. Although I was worried because the warranty period had expired, the maintenance staff member who assisted me was very understanding and attentive, and even arranged for an on-site inspection. Ultimately, no repairs were needed, but they thoroughly explained the cause and what to watch out for in the future, which put my mind at ease. Furthermore, they responded quickly to my additional inquiries about equipment, and I was once again impressed by their excellent after-sales support. We were very satisfied with the home we built, and we continue to cherish it as a family after moving in. I believe that building a house isn't the end of the story; after-sales support is also crucial. The house itself was lovely and very appealing, but what bothered me was that they repeatedly said "We're so busy we don't have enough staff" during their explanation. But then they said "We're also currently expanding into the apartment business" and "We're also focusing on single-story and base homes"... I understand that they're very busy, but I couldn't imagine asking a company that was so busy and short-staffed to build my once-in-a-lifetime home. I looked at a lot of other manufacturers, but they were the only ones that said that, so it really made an impression on me.

Even though I had small children with me, the staff were very kind and considerate, so I was able to concentrate on my meeting. The place was clean and comfortable, and I was very satisfied.

As this was my first time building a house, there were many things I didn't know, but by receiving a lot of advice and making decisions, I was able to create a home that I am very happy with. I am living very comfortably here and am glad that I built it here.

We were able to have a relaxed and enjoyable meeting in a clean and neat booth. During the meeting, they looked after my children and listened to my requests attentively, allowing me to build my dream home. The standard facilities were also extensive, and I am more than satisfied with the price. The overall construction was very meticulous down to the smallest details, and I was also glad that they regularly sent me photos of the construction progress.
