"We commissioned them to create our first brochure. Not only was the design quality excellent, but their ability to accurately understand our requests and make proposals was also excellent. Delivery times and communication were also very thorough, so we were able to leave the work to them with peace of mind. The president's personality is also wonderful, and I think they are the No. 1 agency in the Kansai region. We hope to continue our relationship with them for a long time to come. Also, the business card holder is very cool and I use it regularly."

"I highly recommend Osakan Space. The community was warm and welcoming. I barely speak any Japanese but that didn't stop the other members inviting me to lunch and including me in conversation. They were very accommodating of English and I learned a lot about Japan from the people there. The facilities were great and there were lots of convenient places to go for lunch. This is a great place for people wanting to improve their Japanese language skills, or find a friendly community of people while they are in Osaka."

"I am writing this to warn the community about my current experience with ZenMarket. I purchased two used items from Mercari: a vintage pen ($58) and a pearl necklace ($27). ZenMarket allowed the purchase and took their fees, but now they are blocking all affordable shipping methods (Small Packet, Air Mail). They are forcing me to use DHL, which is more expensive than the items. Most importantly: They refused to ship via standard mail at my own risk. They refused to ship to a domestic Japanese address. It feels like my property is being held hostage. I have many screenshots of my correspondence with their suppor but they just repeat internal rules."
