  "Our house was designed and supervised by them, and it's been six months since we moved in. We're living very comfortably, so I thought I'd write a review. When we moved from the Tokyo metropolitan area to the cold region of Shinshu, we found Eiken Sekkei based on the keywords "highly airtight and highly insulated" and "familiarity with the climate and land of Shinshu." From our first meeting, it was clear that they placed importance on the concept of how we wanted to live. We only had a vague idea of ​​what we wanted, but they responded calmly and helped us solidify a shared vision. The way they kept detailed minutes of each meeting was very reassuring. Even after the design began, they clearly explained how they would approach the design, what they proposed, and what we, the clients, had to decide, so we never had any trouble. Their proposals were often thorough and exceeded our expectations, and it's now a laughing matter that the design period was extended due to an increase in our requests. (Apologies for the inconvenience...) During construction, you repeatedly sent us photos of your on-site inspections as a supervisor and reported on any improper workmanship changes you made. Even though we lived far away, we had no worries. More than the benefit of a lower price, we were excited about the open system because it allowed us to meet the craftsmen face-to-face and make a contract. We were unfamiliar with the area, so we're really happy to have found a team of local professionals, and we feel reassured that we can consult with them immediately if any issues arise in the future. We moved in in December, when temperatures dropped below -10°C late at night. From the moment we entered the room, we could feel the gentle air and temperature, which was clearly different from the outside. Although we were unfamiliar with the stove, we lit it and the living room turned out even more beautiful than we'd imagined, and the whole family was thrilled. We turned it off before going to bed, but the warmth continued until morning. We were truly impressed by this state-of-the-art, highly airtight, and insulated house and the skill of the craftsmen who built it. Six months have passed since then, and we're now in early summer.
