"Great service! Patricio C. was very helpful in my mission to purchase security cameras for my island home. He was patient, and willing to let me see multiple camera resolutions. Answers he wasn't sure of, he went to learn more. My Spanish isn't great, so I really appreciate that he was fully bilingual. The store itself is small, but well stocked with a wide selection of electronics. Definitely the place to go in La Ceiba, as I shopped around and came back. Their online customer service is also fast, and informative. They were able to provide me with a list of options and prices before I even arrived at the store (even so, I had many questions - so again, Thanks Partricio). NOTE: pricing is more than you pay in other countries - but I do understand that's out of their control."

"UPDATE - My wife still used these guys until recently.. Because.. She orders a design on a shirt, and they print it on the shirt before confirming the design with her, the person paying for it.. That isnt the first time either. PROFESSIONAL designers confirm their designs before going to print!!! Do not keep postponing a client weeks because you are not comfortable saying that you physically can not do the order. If you can not do a certain order, you need to say that at the time the order is made or shortly after, not 2 weeks later after you have said repeatedly that you would..."
