Great service! Patricio C. was very helpful in my mission to purchase security cameras for my island home. He was patient, and willing to let me see multiple camera resolutions. Answers he wasn't sure of, he went to learn more. My Spanish isn't great, so I really appreciate that he was fully bilingual. The store itself is small, but well stocked with a wide selection of electronics. Definitely the place to go in La Ceiba, as I shopped around and came back. Their online customer service is also fast, and informative. They were able to provide me with a list of options and prices before I even arrived at the store (even so, I had many questions - so again, Thanks Partricio). NOTE: pricing is more than you pay in other countries - but I do understand that's out of their control.

Service was bad. The reps were not knowledgeable. The attendants on the store seem to be dazed and confused and did not know anything about laptops. I would never buy from here again and suggest that you dont either. They were horrible and liars

We asked for pricing for shirts gave them the design and still have not heard from them

Get a bigger store. Some customers ( like myself ) do not have people crawling up their butts anywhere they are in the store.

Computer electronic store has a computer repair shop , graphic design department and office supplies. This location has limited parking.
