"I ordered three items, all of which were displayed as "in stock" on the website at time of placing order. The next business day two of the items were displayed as delayed due to no stock, so I call the customer service and it turns out that the website stock does not correspond with what their real stock is. For one of the parts I was on a WAITING LIST AT PLACE 70! For a part that was supposedly "in stock". So I ask the customer service agent to refund me the two delayed parts and ordered them from elsewhere, this process worked fine. A week later and I get all my other parts from other retailers but I still haven't received the last part from Datatronic so I go to check and even this last part has been delayed now. I call the customer service again and it's supposedly coming into their stock today... 11 days later from when I ordered a product that was meant to be there the day of. Miserable experience, I don't think I will be ordering again. Their customer service answers quickly and handles things professionally, that is the only silver lining I could find here."

"Excellent tape shop! Fast, friendly and professional service, and a big plus for using Coreldraw ;) Good location and plenty of parking space. And I think the entrance is also accessible for people with disabilities, thanks to the big ramp. High-quality prints and tapes!"
