"I have been using Yegara Host for the past six or seven years. In the early years, the service was good and the support team was amazing. I even gave them a positive review at that time. Unfortunately, I am very disappointed with the current level of support. I do not know what has changed, but the support team has become very poor and negligent. My website suddenly lost its database connection, and when I checked, the database itself was missing. I contacted the support team to explain the issue. One of the support staff replied by saying, “We manage over 20,000 domains, and we have no reason to touch yours.” I never claimed that they intentionally caused the problem, so this response felt completely unnecessary and very disrespectful. Imagine having your business website down and receiving no real help from your hosting provider. This experience has caused us significant inconvenience. As a result, our team has decided to discontinue all services with Yegara Host, including more than 20 domain names we host with them."
