"Update: my order is 586396, and i have the same name and email address on the order so i doubt you really couldn’t find me… I will update my review once again if you will truly take care of this immediately, as stated. Scammers. They show you that items are in stock, then you place the order and they tell you the items will be delivered in 1 month. You wait patiently for one month and then they tell you you need to wait snother month. This happened to me so I took this as a joke and asked for my order to be canceled and to receive my money back. It’s been 1 month and I still don’t have my money back. They take so long to reply to emails or sometimes they just ignore them all together. When you call them you get empty reassurances that this time your request will be handeled and then again silence. I don’t understand how these scammer businesses still exist. If I won’t receive my money in 5 days max I will file complaints to the ECC and Danish Consumer Ombudsman , which I recommend other scammed clients do the same."
