"I highly recommend this laptop repairman because, after some very bad experiences, I finally found someone honest and transparent. In September/October, I took my laptop to a shop on Cuauhtémoc Avenue, before the corner of Bodega. They sell toner, printers, and also repair laptops. The man told me it only needed servicing; he did it and charged me 300 pesos. But afterward, my laptop kept overheating, was slow, and had very little storage space. Some time later, I took it to another shop, almost across from Salud Digna, on Tizapa Street, where they also repair laptops. They opened it up in front of me, and that's when I realized it was missing its RAM. They told me it had probably been removed before. They also mentioned that it needed a new battery, RAM, and other parts. The estimate they gave me was over 5,000 pesos, so I decided not to get it repaired at that time. A few months passed, and I continued searching for someone trustworthy. I even researched the parts on Mercado Libre and saw that many of the ones they were trying to sell me were much cheaper. Searching online, I found this shop, Bit, and decided to go because of the good reviews. From the very beginning, the service was very different. He opened the laptop right in front of us and explained everything to me in detail, with great patience and clarity. That same afternoon, I already had the diagnosis and the actual cost of the repair, and honestly, it was much less than half of what I had been quoted before. When I went to pick it up, he opened it again in front of me and showed me all the parts he had replaced, the service he had performed, and that all the other parts were complete and in their place—something almost no one does. He was also always attentive to any questions and explained everything very well. I highly recommend him, and I'm grateful to find honest people who still work transparently."
