I've been working with Prosoft for over 20 years. Over the years, I've been offered several alternatives, which were certainly not bad, as every program has its advantages and disadvantages. For me, and I want to be clear about this, the advantages far outweigh the disadvantages. Not least because I'm self-employed and have been able to successfully complete several company audits and pension insurance audits with this program without any problems. Absolutely recommended!
ProsoftRecruiting is an intuitive and extremely user-friendly applicant tracking system. We particularly appreciate that the software adapts to our processes, unlike other providers where we have to adapt to the software. Support and other contacts are competent and always strive to find the best solution. I can wholeheartedly recommend it!
Good software for temporary staffing agencies, but quite complex and not always logically structured. It requires significant training to understand its functions. I find the reporting and reporting options very limited and would like a general option to export lists to Excel, which unfortunately doesn't work well. The service is good, but usually involves long waiting times.
