First of all, the collaboration with the graphic design department was excellent, with impeccable communication and aesthetic results. Unfortunately, I also chose this particular office for the implementation of a website, with the experience being disappointing. There was obvious superficiality and indifference on the part of the implementation manager. If you are thinking of taking advantage of a financial program to create a simple, static showcase page for your business without any involvement on your part, it may serve you well. However, if you want a functional and dynamic presence on the internet, then you better think again. In the first notification for the "completion" of the website, the home page contained a triple copy-paste of the same paragraph, while the appearance resembled a rough document in Word. The texts and photos that were delivered in organized sections were integrated into invalid points without coherence or structure. Complete indifference to the subject of the website. As a result, I had to be present every day and personally supervise the construction from the beginning, in order to have basic consistency. In addition, the websites are built on Joomla, a CMS that is powerful, but not friendly to non-programmers, which makes it unsuitable for businesses that need frequent updates without technical support. Although it informs that regular security updates are made, for over a year absolutely nothing happened. I asked for a two-year invoice only for the hosting, without technical support. Permanent refusal with the firm answer "find another server, the hosting will stop" and sending files with WeTransfer, for the "move" of the website to another server. Eventually my website "went down", along with the corporate email. The tragic thing is, I located and contacted the real owner of the server that hosted my website myself, I paid less than half of the money that the creator of the website asks for each year for hosting and it was uploaded again on the same server!
