Zibster is fantastic! Joseph T. helped get the ball rolling on the design package on my company website; Jeffrey P. handled the design aspect with Zibster's "We Build it For You" service and utilized superlative taste and thoughtfulness and was super-responsive to my questions; and John K. is very knowledgeable has been a tremendous help in the domain transfer from my soon-to-be former domain registrar (still in progress). Though I'll be paying slightly more per year for the domain and hosting, I will gladly support a local business whose customer service is top-notch, and one where I know that I can speak to someone right here in Greensboro if I ever have issues with future updates. Thank you to all at Zibster! I highly recommend their services to anyone needing assistance with a website (be it design, hosting, or anything in between)!
