Zibster is fantastic! Joseph T. helped get the ball rolling on the design package on my company website; Jeffrey P. handled the design aspect with Zibster's "We Build it For You" service and utilized superlative taste and thoughtfulness and was super-responsive to my questions; and John K. is very knowledgeable has been a tremendous help in the domain transfer from my soon-to-be former domain registrar (still in progress). Though I'll be paying slightly more per year for the domain and hosting, I will gladly support a local business whose customer service is top-notch, and one where I know that I can speak to someone right here in Greensboro if I ever have issues with future updates. Thank you to all at Zibster! I highly recommend their services to anyone needing assistance with a website (be it design, hosting, or anything in between)!

The team at Zibster has been absolutely dynamite to work with! They’ve been great since day one with transitioning my old Wordpress site over to their format, and since I’ve been using their applications, I haven’t looked back. Adding content to my website has never been easier, and even the SEO is a breeze compared to before. Their customer service is the best in the business. Big thanks to Jeremy, John, Paul and the rest of the team at Zibster for providing me with a website I can be proud of, and that’s incredibly user friendly as well.

I have both of my company websites with Zibster and they are excellent. Both of my sites are fast and perform very well with Google for SEO. Cannot recommend highly enough if you’re looking for a website that is easy to get launched and easy to manage along with an excellent customer support team I can call when I need help.
