Great izakaya experience! Came for both lunch and dinner The lunch ramen menu was unique and broth was nice, unlike anything else I've ever tried Dinner menu was also great! Food & skewers were grilled nicely and wait time was not too long Good service by staff aswell, they were willing to recommend food and drinks from the menu Ambience was great with Jpop songs and the vibes were good But note for dinner they have a policy to order 1 alcoholic drink per pax Overall would come back again:)
Perfect place to have drinks with friends. Yakitori was so good and loved the other interesting dishes as well. Have seen some critics about the store's one drink policy which in my opinion is a reasonable policy compared to the other Izakayas that I go to at Cuppage side where the requirements are much stricter. Cozy space that reminds me so much of the Izakayas in Japan where everyone is happily drinking and chatting with each other. Great vibe.
Had a really satisfying dinner here , the yakitori was grilled perfectly, with that ideal balance of smoky char outside and juicy tenderness inside. Every skewer came out hot, well-seasoned, and clearly cooked with care. The chicken parts were especially good (super flavorful, not dry at all), and the sides complemented everything nicely. Just a heads-up: there’s a limited dining time, but honestly it didn’t ruin the experience. The team was efficient and organised, service was quick, and the pacing worked well as long as you arrive ready to order. Great spot for a focused, quality yakitori meal without the fuss. Would definitely come back , just plan your order early and enjoy the fire-grilled goodness.
This izakaya serves mainly ramen during lunch. We tried both their Shio and Paiten versions. The broth here is made from chicken and the taste is superb without the usual greasiness nor the feeling of artificial flavors. The noodles were cooked right and the chicken breast was tender from sous vide. It's a very small shop but the chefs there really put in a lot of work to ensure each bowl of ramen is done to perfection. Way better than many M-star chains you seem to find everywhere.
my favourite paitan ramen in sg!!!!! the broth is so yummy, not overly salted n very well balanced. will always come back for their ramen ❤️ have tried their offerings at night too and they were all well prepared and tasty albeit a little pricey. reservations are recommended at night~
