Zener D.I.Y @ Orchard Towers

I had a terrible experience at this hardware store. I called twice with no response, and when I arrived at 7:52 PM — even though the website stated they closed at 8 PM — the employee rudely told me to leave, saying they weren’t selling anything anymore. When I politely asked why they were closing early, he responded disrespectfully, telling me I could “talk to his boss” if I had a problem and that he could close whenever he wanted. This kind of unprofessional and dismissive behavior is completely unacceptable. Very disappointing customer service. 1 star.

Super expensive…12,90 for a bulb…everywhere is 6,90 Ledvance 7w 2700k E27...everywhere is almost half price FairPrice is 6.90, Hardware City 7.50.

Emailed the company twice but no one get back to me on my request for refund. Their product is faulty and more expensive than other place. Despite following their staff instruction on how to use the step down transformer, my electric heat pad worth S$100 burnt and cannot be used.

Good service and wide product range but I am having issues with the 2 way water splitter (Y shape)... Even after purchasing rubber sealing rings still leaking. I had to buy another one from Selfix (Vivocity) where the staff tried out both Zener's splitter and their, to see if there was any difference and indeed Zener's is really faulty (still moving after tightening). Finally I bought the Selfix one, and no leaks.

I wholeheartedly recommend Zener to anyone looking for quality hardware items and personalized service.
