I do not recommend working with Youtoo Digital for those seeking professionalism and professional support. As a graphic designer, I participated in a project that was initially well-structured. The initial phases were conducted in an orderly manner, with good communication and clear instructions. I met deadlines, requests, and revisions with commitment and availability. In the final phase, however, the instructions became inconsistent and disorganized, making it difficult to move the work forward effectively. The collaboration ended abruptly, with the project being canceled and no recognition for the work done. All of this is documented. It was a very unprofessional experience. I strongly advise against any collaboration with Elisa Kiritsaka (Art Director & Strategist – Youtoo Digital). My experience was extremely disappointing, not to mention discouraging. Elisa commissioned a project from me through Fiverr, which I carried out with commitment, care, and full availability, following every instruction received and providing all requested revisions. With the project almost completed, she suddenly changed her attitude: the requests became inconsistent and increasingly contradictory, making it impossible to complete the work as originally agreed. Rather than address the situation professionally, she chose to delete everything I had created and cancel the order, automatically canceling my compensation and rendering all the work created useless. I feel scammed, because it's clear the goal was to obtain ideas and creative content without paying anything. All of this is fully documented and verifiable. This isn't a personal outburst, but the sharing of a concrete experience that raises serious doubts about the professional ethics of the person in question. Elisa works at the Youtoo Digital agency, and personally, after what happened, I wouldn't trust a team that includes people capable of acting in this way. Be wary of collaborating with this profile or agency: the lack of transparency and reliability is a real risk. Professionalism is demonstrated by actions, not labels.
