It's not an easy store to find your way around but for camera goods it's still arguably better than Bic just around the corner. Other reviews comment on rude staff but I've never experienced that here over multiple visits over many years. On the contrary they've always been helpful and proactive in my experience.

Staff is incredibly rude if you’re a foreigner. Even if you speak perfect Japanese, they pretend they don’t understand. This has been my experience many times at this location, not just once. I’ll be going to Big Camera from now on.
