Set up internet service with the SoftBank / Y!mobile representative Y. Murakami. He told us our apartment can do Hikari 1Gbps. After I showed him a picture of our outlet that has no Hikari port, he told us we could still definitely do it through a regular phone line. This man lied through his teeth just to make a sale. Do not trust him. Attached is the picture of the outlet I showed him and he said was Hikari compatible.
Awful and the worst staffs ever seen. There are just simply rude and make me feel uncomfortable.. It was 3rd floor and I was looking for a speaker cable. I asked a staff but he seems not interested to take me to the cable I want. He said nothing when I asked question. I don't recommend anybody to come here.
