As the owner of Zoom Room Dog training, my experience with the Yesler Media Team has been an 11 on a scale of 1-10. Connor and his team are incredibly nimble and quickly make requested changes for our programs. Plus, they’re constantly monitoring the performance of our programs, making the proper adjustments to optimize performance. They are honestly one of the best partners I’ve ever worked with in the Digital Marketing space.
It was a pleasure working with Connor and his team. Communication was great and they helped us lower our ad spending and get significantly better results across the board with meta ads in our service-based business. Looking forward to working with them again next year. -Daniel
Updating review to 1 star instead of the generous 2 previously given due to the complete misrepresentation of the situation. 1 star is only for the leads provided that were legit in the beginning. One month before Connor unprofessionally dropped us as a client, we requested updates to our ad copy and Connor said they were going to get those updates added. No updates were ever made. This goes against their service agreement. 2 weeks later, we requested a report to determine our return on ad spend. We got nothing. This goes against their service agreement. When we asked about finding a solution to the fake leads, we got zero response. Connor said nothing about that being out of scope nor did he offer a solution. === When we started getting a bunch of fake leads and asked what happened. We were never accusatory or rude and only asked Connor to try to figure out what was going on. We also requested for a captcha to be put on the form because that's an easy and obvious fix. Instead of trying to help us solve the problem, we instead got a notice days after not hearing anything back from him saying they were discontinuing all services. Zero explanation until we asked for a response with more information when we should've been given the professional courtesy if they were going to drop us as clients which is the way an actual offboarding should've been. Totally unprofessional.
