Would definitely use Yellow Dog again! The office responded quickly to my request in the evening and the plumbers were there first thing the next morning. The plumbers were very friendly and super knowledgeable and were able to replace my radiator supply valve quickly and did a great job. I had tried to do the job myself the day before, but ran into an issue. Jeff was awesome and showed me what he was doing as he worked so that I could learn as well. The cost was about $500, which seemed reasonable compared to other quotes, especially considering how quickly they were able to come and the quality of the work.

Best HVAC service I’ve ever used. Justin was an awesome service pro! Knowledgeable, and on time with a quick and accurate diagnoses of the problem. Stayed for a bit just to make sure the problem was 100% solved. Went on to show the health of the unit and even, when needed down the road, an estimate to replace the whole system (mine is already 11 years old). Overall, with an immediate response at night and early morning appointment along with the actual service, I couldn’t ask for more. Justin was fantastic and I will definitely use yellow dog again

Highly responsive and professional. Provided a high quality assessment of the project with clear guidance while on site and turned a comprehensive estimate around within a few hours of the in person visit. While we decided not to do this particular project (unrelated to Lucky Dog), I will be strongly considering Eric and the Lucky Dog team for future projects. My sense is that there is a reason Eric and the Lucky Dog team is consistently earning a 5 star rating and it showed from the initial visit.

Yellow Dog is an excellent company! I just had my heating/AC unit replaced. Everything from scheduling to installation was seamless. Christina was great with getting me scheduled and handling the finances. The price is very reasonable. Hiagho and Antonio were fantastic. They are very kind and pleasant. Very neat they covered my floors and carpet to keep everything clean. The removal of my current unit and installation of the new unit was completed in 3 hours. They are exceptionall with knowledge of the unit to perfect customer service. I am very impressed with this whole experience!! Maureen Carpenito
