Great selection of electronics from phones to laptops to tablets to washers and dryers to refrigerators, to televisions to computer parts. The have kitchen appliances and kitchen set ups and bathroom sets ups. I sat in one of those awesome massage chairs that lifted me up and almost laid me down flat as it massaged my back and legs. When I got back to my car I noticed that my phone had fallen out of my pocket and when I went back inside the street the chair my phone was sitting right there like I knew it would be

Ok, but only if you know precisely what you are looking for. The staff does not really care to help you, they are going to get their salary regardless if you buy something from the store. Also if you are a foreigner, then just don't bother. I tried getting help from two employees in order to buy a very specific Japanese lightbulb. The first one straight on ignored me as I stood next to her asking for help. She pretended to be looking at a shelf of lightbulbs with remarkable interest, to the point of not being able to hear my voice when I stood right next to her and was showing her my phone with the picture of what I was looking for. The second employee, took me to a place where they had what I wanted, asked me if this was what I was looking for and then said "Yeah we do not have that" even though he had not even looked at the lightbulb specifications I was showing him in the photo 😂😅 Just the average service and treatment you get here I guess. It is not like I was expecting anything better. Next time I will just use Amazon.
We went there looking for AC, the agent was very helpful however we need to double check on specifics since here in Japan there is a different set for home and office use..
I once got a nice toaster for a very good deal here. Drugstore-type of items often seem to be a bit more expensive than other stores (good variety though). But we do get snacks & drinks here from time to time.
