XW Plus Western Grill - Century Square

Staff is friendly fast clearing d table once customer done & nice food. Salad bar all u can eat is good too. D staff even told me if choose d main course d all u can eat salad bar is free. Its my 1st time coming here juz trying out d food. I had chargrill chicken black peper sauce really taste nice soft & easy to chew.overall i like it. Nice atmosphere too. Thank u will come again.

It's a mixed experience, so let's start with the good: awesome service and service recovery. Salad bar is above average, with most of the sides being pretty decent. Place is clean and cozy, but don't expect any fancy. We spent $30+ after taxes, but managed to try most of the meats. Fish was the best, followed by chicken, but avoid the steak 🥩. This was the low light of the night; medium rare steak came out well done, sinewy and tough. They did actually replace it, but we turned that kind offer down as we were full. Probably be better to serve a thicker cut but smaller size? Or change beef supplier? Otherwise, it's a good offering for hungry folk.

Worst service ever! 1- a BOY waiter named Bryan served us he did not ask whose having what items to be placed in front of us! He just found space and placed it there,, 2- a MAN waiter did the same thing he slide the plate on the table, 3- lamb was blend like hospital food there was no flavour and it was all fatty lettuce was yuck soggy I chucked it on another plate. 4- fried chicken honey has no taste very blend like hospital food 5- all condiments sent for the main the sauce was out bad! 6- fries for both the mains was cold and yuck 7- sweet potato & onion rings was cold on the buffet 8- ice lemon tea taste like water and lemon cordial,, Over all food 2/10 Drink 0/10 Service 2-10

This restaurant is very family-friendly. I noticed many groups dining with small children, and the spacious walkways between tables make it easy to move around. They offer almost every side dish you can think of, and the main dishes are tasty too.
