My DB tripped at 1.05 AM on June 13 2026. All lights gone but aircon and electrical poits were fine. Could not reset DB for lights. Called the number on Google search and Richard picked up. He calmed me down and said he'd be here in 30 mins. He and his tech arrived soon after troubleshot the issue and in 1/2 hour all my lights were back. Due to the late hour they said they would return later in the day to check my Masterbedroom - which had electrical points and aircon working but not lights. Arrived on time, found the fault to be to a faulty ceiling fan and they rectified everything. Reasonable rates, good comms and service and satisfied customer! 5 Star service. Saturday 13 June 2026 My house had a circuit power tripped due to sparks off by an old iron my mum was using. I called Mr Richard Chia (Project Manager) at 9am, he told me he would arrived in 30 minutes time and truly he arrived on time. He did a thorough check on the electricity and even inspected the iron's wire and also ensure the refrigerator is working well. GOOD AND PROMPT SERVICE! Thank you Mr Chia 🙏
Uncle Richard is prompt and helpful even when I ask him further questions. He helped to change our faulty wall socket and helped to check our water pipe/ valve, taught me on water pipe strength. Will consider him for further repairs or changing parts in future. 👍🏻
