I started the process for a digital kit with them in September 2025, it's now mid-February and still nothing. It's been a terrible experience... to make matters worse, when you try to contact them they always give you the runaround, if you even manage to get through to anyone at all. In short, if you're looking for any digital solution or service, I recommend you don't use them, for your own good and to save yourself the time!

A terrible, nonexistent service. At first, they did some work; they helped me with a few small things I needed. They were competent and fairly quick. After ten months, they completely abandoned me. Undoubtedly, this is a way to make money off the whole digital kit thing, doing the bare minimum. My website was already built, but it needed improvement. They plastered their logos all over it to make it look like they had created it. I insisted several times that they help me improve the SEO of the pages. They "improved" two or three pages, and then nothing more. They disappeared. I sent several messages saying I wasn't happy with the service; the exact response was always that they were busy and would get to work as soon as possible. But, obviously, they did nothing more. A real shame.

They managed a Digital Kit and created a website using my personal data without my consent or signature. Later, they tried to pressure me into ratifying official notifications that I had not authorized. I have requested the immediate removal of my data (GDPR) and am considering legal action with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD). A very negative experience.
