Excellent service and thoroughly recommended to anyone setting up a business in Estonia.

My invoices are effortlessly Dutch compliant, the VAT/BTW is properly calculated and added to them, and my quarterly belastingdienst BTW tax filing is headache free thanks to Xolo. Couldn't be happier!
Terrible experience with Xolo.io! We used their service for 3 months, and in the end, they didn’t file anything with the Spanish tax authorities, even though they promised to handle everything. Now Spain is demanding a €1200 fine because of their negligence! The managers completely disappeared — no replies to emails, chat, or support tickets. An absolutely irresponsible company — they promise full support but vanish the moment real problems start. I strongly advise everyone to stay away from Xolo.io — you’ll lose your time, money, and peace of mind.
Wow, where to start? Xolo does the most basic box-ticking for you and charges a premium for it. They don’t alert you to crucial deadlines. They don’t translate essential documents. They just stick numbers into forms and leave you to deal with the fallout. Spend 20 minutes on the Spanish Tax Authority website (it’s mostly available in English) and you’ll save yourself money, stress, and disappointment. In my case, they submitted my Renta without clearly explaining how the payment would be collected. The result? A 20% interest hit on my annual tax bill. Painful and completely avoidable. Xolo is not a real solution. It’s an eye-wateringly expensive waste of time.
