Hello, they charged the annual fee, issued no invoice or anything, and refuse to refund our money. They also removed my website without notice, even though I was still on last year's subscription. Don't work with them; they're scammers.

Don't work with them; they don't issue invoices because they're going to disappear. All the money is lost; they have debts with everyone, including public administrations, for hundreds of thousands of euros.

Beware of this company! Hiring their services to manage my Digital Kit was the worst mistake I've ever made. Not only have they missed every deadline they promised, but their advertising is also completely misleading. They sell you speed and professionalism, but all they deliver are excuses and a complete lack of seriousness. Communication is nonexistent, they never respond in a timely manner, and it seems they have no idea what they're doing. What was supposed to be a simple process turned into a nightmare thanks to their incompetence. I sincerely recommend avoiding this company at all costs if you value your time, money, and peace of mind.
