Xiang Xiang Hunan Cuisine 湘香湖南菜 @ AMK Hub

One of the better-tasting Xiang Xiang outlets, albeit not 100% authentic. Taste is more flavourful than the other outlets, and you can also put in a request for even stronger flavours by letting the waiters know. Would recommend the tofu, cabbage, and the stir fried pork with green peppers. The sauerkraut fish and spicy chicken could be tastier, I felt like they were lacking. Free water, ice cream, and snacks given here, which is a plus point. Overall, I'd definitely recommend coming to this outlet if you're planning to visit Xiang Xiang!

Great service and fantastic queue system which cleared pretty fast. Took less than 1 hour to be seated with 38 groups ahead of us. And we have not wasted our time waiting as we can do shopping at AMK hub while waiting for the queue to be cleared. The food choice is always changing with new menus available. And there is free flow ice cream and snacks.

finally tried xiang xiang hunan after hearing sooo many people talk about it and honestly it rly lived up to the hype 😭 we originally wanted to go to the nex outlet but there were over 50 tables ahead of us so we switched to the amk hub branch instead and thankfully only waited less than 15 mins their hunan stir fried pork was definitely the standout for me. the pork slices were super tender and the spice level was surprisingly manageable even though i cant rly take spice HAHAHA also highly recommend the claypot tofu stew because the tofu was sooo silky soft and the sauce paired rly well with rice the roasted chilli & century egg w mashed eggplant was another unexpected favourite. it looked super spicy but actually wasnt at all and felt very refreshing compared to the heavier dishes service was quite fast despite the crowd and they even gave free ice cream and snacks after the meal which was such a nice touch 😭 overall definitely somewhere i’d come back to try their other signature dishes!!

Great queue system and the turnover rate for table is fast. Service by staffs are impeccable and quality of the food is top notch. With such great service and free flow of ice cream and snacks. My family love to come here for meals. 👍👍👍👍

I've visited Xiang Xiang Hunan about 2–3 times, each time at a different outlet. Happy to say the food is consistent across all the ones I've been to. no quality swings. Service is good, and they even provide free snacks, which is a nice touch. Most importantly, the food itself is delicious. Solid Hunan flavors done right. Worth a visit whether you're a first-timer or a returning customer.
