From the very beginning, they provided excellent service, and the entire process was very pleasant and easy to understand. They are very professional and friendly, and they created a website even better than I had imagined. I am very happy with the result and the service. Highly recommended!

I contracted this company to develop an app and website, with a total investment of approximately €24,000. The final result is neither functional nor usable. The project remains incomplete and non-operational, despite the time that has passed and the attempts made to resolve the issue. In my case, the agreed-upon deadlines were not met, there was a constant lack of transparency regarding the development progress, and communication proved insufficient for managing a project of this scale. After attempting to resolve the situation amicably and subsequently through a formal request, no solution, final delivery of the product, or full or partial refund of the amount paid was offered. Currently, I do not have a functional system or the contracted service under the agreed-upon conditions. I am sharing this experience objectively as a warning to other companies or individuals considering contracting this type of service. I recommend paying close attention to contractual clarity, delivery milestones, and product acceptance criteria before making any significant payment. That's precisely why I believe these kinds of businesses need to be exposed, so other small business owners don't go through what I did. As I've read in other reviews: a complete nightmare. In my case, I hired them to create an online store through the Digital Kit. The project was started by a woman who was supposedly a computer engineer. Honestly, I felt like they were just kids fresh out of a course. With all due respect to them, but it was a constant waste of time. Days and days spent trying to make progress, and it was impossible. I told them it was like a school playground because they didn't understand anything. It cost me sleepless nights and entire days clarifying everything to get the website more or less the way I wanted it. And now for the best part. Suddenly, exorbitant bills started arriving, far exceeding the fixed fee I had agreed to. I asked them how that was possible when we hadn't even started selling anything. The answer: “data accumulation.” One of the women assured me she would fix it and that it wouldn't happen again. Shortly after, I received a bill for €300 plus the monthly fee, again for the infamous “data accumulation.” I told them that was impossible, how could I pay that amount every month, especially since they had already confirmed it was fixed. They tried to charge me until I had to prove the error was theirs. Honestly, it was a nightmare. And I'm just summarizing a lot. Be very careful with the woman who calls you. Her only goal is to get you to pay more and increase your bill. I imagine she works on commission. To top it all off, they told me the plan I had was going from €35 to €95 (with the “discount applied”). Imagine my face. I wrote to them because it's practically impossible to get through on the phone and explained that I didn't need that rate, that there were services I didn't use, and that it didn't make sense to pay for them. The answer? That their current clients are of a higher caliber and that they no longer work with clients "of that caliber." Honestly, laughable. I told them I wasn't willing to pay that amount. And now pay attention to this. The famous woman calls me—because she never leaves anything in writing, of course. A person who, frankly, has no idea how to treat a client, much less the tact that someone representing a company is supposed to have. During that call, she tells me that, "as a courtesy," she's giving me a 50% discount on the new rate. In other words, first they try to raise it almost threefold, and when they see I'm not going to play along, a 50% discount magically appears. Crystal clear. If that was really the fair price, why wasn't it the first one they offered? And if they could easily apply that discount, what were they trying to do before? Unbelievable. I finally decided to sign up with another company. And what came next was just another chapter in this story. Moving the website to another server was another ordeal. Once again, it was the infamous "schoolyard" scenario: unnecessary difficulties, a lack of cooperation, and management that left much to be desired. I'm not writing this review out of anger, but from experience. As a freelancer, I know how hard it is to build a business and how important it is to take care of each client. That's precisely why what I experienced seems even more serious. Professionalism isn't demonstrated through marketing or sales pitches, but through actions, transparency, and respect.
