I had a really bad experience with Shock Media. The communication was poor and their marketing plans were old-fashioned. They used a lot of technical words in their reports, but they didn't explain what they meant. When I complained about the lack of results, they got defensive instead of trying to fix the problem. Even after spending a lot of money, I didn't see any improvement in my business. I recommend looking at other options before choosing Shock Media.
