Wytlabs

I've been working with Wytlabs for a over 2 years now. I'm happy with their services especially with Yashika who is my relationship manager. Having Yashika from the very beginning, who took time to get to know me, the brand and my market is what makes Wytlabs stand out and why I'm still with them until today. It's really having a personal marketing team that will learn, understand, and market your brand. You DON'T have to keep repeating yourself explaining to every new person about the brand like they do in customer support call centers. With Wytlabs, there is only 1 person that you approach for everything. Yashika is reliable and professional. She is able to relay the message to their design team, the email marketing team, the ads team, etc. If there is something I need or there are new strategies in the market, she shares this with me and works with me in executing these new strategies.

We keep getting unsolicited cold emails from this SEO company despite never signing up. We have no idea how they got our email address. There is an unsubscribe link, but it just goes to a Google Form. We’ve filled it out multiple times and the emails still keep coming, so it clearly doesn’t work or just gets ignored. Under UK GDPR / PECR, opt-out requests should be respected. Continuing to email after repeated unsubscribe requests is frustrating and unprofessional. We just want the emails to stop.

Asked to be removed from call list. They don’t listen. Poor business practices. Do better!
