Extremely unprofessional service... stay away! I signed up for their design and website services, and it has been one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve ever had with a company. They assigned unqualified designers who delivered terrible work... it took nearly a year just to get to something decent. Before I even got a fully functioning website, my subscription expired (they start the subscription the day you pay, not when your site is actually ready). To make things worse, my assigned account manager, Hossam, was extremely unprofessional. He would promise to resolve issues, then disappear for weeks. When I followed up, he would completely forget what the problem even was. The only time I heard from him promptly was when my subscription expired, and they wanted me to pay again. The platform itself is also extremely limited and not worth the cost. I chose this company thinking it would be a good local alternative to other web design services, but it turned out to be a huge waste of time and money. ⚠️ Save yourself the frustration and stay away from this company.

Very professional guys! They literally INSISTED on giving us a training session, configured many integrations for US and gave valuable recommendations on how to enhance our website... Was not expecting to get such a Premium service from a website-builder platform with my tiny personal subscription... I am migrating my other company's website with them! Highly recommended!

Wuilt team have built a great tool for website building especially for non-technical people like myself. The tool was seamless to use and got great features to give my website the authentic touch I needed.
