WRITERS AT WORK Enrichment - King's Arcade (Bukit Timah)

It has been a year since my son started his writing class at Writers At work at King's Arcade. He had previously struggled to write a decent essay at school. Since he started his weekly writing classes at W@W, he has gradually learnt the story structures and phrases that he could incorporate into his essays. He has grown confident in his writing and he no longer fears writing composition in school. In fact he kinds of enjoys writing now. Thank you Teacher Angel for guiding and encouraging him.

We seldom speak English at home, so my son initially struggles when it comes to writing short essays. However, I have observed that he is now more confident in writing essays. We would like to thank Writers At Work for the lessons and materials given that helps my son on systematically generating ideas for essay writing.

We’re very grateful for the support from Writer @ Work in helping my P5 child prepare for WA1. The lessons were well-structured and engaging, which really helped build confidence in writing and composition skills. Teacher Richelle and Teacher Wenjie are patient, encouraging, and gave clear, practical feedback that my child could immediately apply. With Writers at Work since P1, they are equipped with very professional and knowledgeable teachers. My son’s composition also improved alot! Thank you!
