Jessica has been fabulous. She provides thorough monthly reports, is available to answer any and all of my questions very quickly, and is incredibly fast at implementing any action plans we decide on to improve search result rankings. Wpromote has been extremely helpful to our dental practice. Initially we started with Mary and I was new taking on our reports and changes. She was more than informative. She took me through each report, step by step to help me understand what I was looking at. She let us know what we could improve on and how they could help with our improvements. You can imagine someone new taking on this project could use all the help they could get. They definitely went above and beyond. Recently our account manager has changed. Mary was offered a higher position, as I would imagine would happen. She was great! I now am working with Geanna, and it is still just like working with Mary. The SEO is great, but to track it, UNDERSTAND it when we go over the numbers on our frequent calls, its hard to out a price on that. I hear about other companies ‘set it and forget it’ style of account management, this is the opposite.
