Wasted important months here. Very toxic and unprofessional environment with lots of planning but zero execution. Work culture and management both need serious improvement. I’m only giving one star for meeting a few good colleagues, nothing else. They settled my previous salary after mutual discussion, but my last month’s salary is still pending, even though it was clearly agreed upon. If management is reading this: please honor your own words and release the pending salary instead of blocking communication. Overall, not a healthy or reliable workplace.
