Very bad experience with this store. I bought a cooker hob for my elderly mum’s flat and given the size of the cut out kitchen cabinet hole to the sales staff. Told me this model can fit in and I ordered. Upon installation, the installer said the hole is too small and have to cut another 50mm bigger. Have to add an additional $80 for the cutting fee. My mum is an elderly don’t know anything and pay for the additional cost. I called back to the shop and the lady boss kept pushing away. Said she only take order from her staff issue invoice. Very irresponsible shop and boss. This shop cannot be trusted.
Shop is located in the West Coast HDB heartland, next to a hawker center and near a shopping mall. Both owners are nice people and attentive to their customers. I was looking for ceiling fans and the owner explained and demonstrated several types of fan available in the shop in terms of wind coverage & strength, the light temperature, the wind noise, room type, the remote control and pros/cons. I have learned something new while chatting with the owner. Thanks for the sharing of knowledge.
Bought a corner ceiling fan from this store. They assigned me the worst installer in my life i ever encounter. Charge me $60 for installation and installer charge me $80 for wiring and trunking. This is the trunking standard of $80. End up i tear down everything and redo again. Fan cost me $198 but installation end up cost more than the fan. Really what a joke !
Very disappointing experience. I waited for an entire week to collect a remote control I had ordered, only to find out when I arrived that the shop never actually placed the order. Frustrated and expecting at least an apology, I was instead passed off to another staff member who restarted the whole sales process from scratch. Even then, they couldn't confirm when I could collect the item. I was told to call again the next day, which only added to the inconvenience. Totally unprofessional service with no accountability. Would not recommend.
