While house sitting for my daughter, WNY Plumbing was scheduled in to repair a toilet in the master bathroom. Tyler was prompt in arriving and quickly determined what needed to be done. He repaired the toilet flange, replaced a leaking toilet supply and set the toilet in a little over an hour. He thoroughly cleaned the area and tested his work fully prior to his departure. Tyler was friendly and informative and represented the company well. A very good job overall.
The plumber, Mike, was knowledgeable, very pleasant and tenacious in a difficult repair. I am extremely pleased with the service provided. Very highly recommended.
Mike and Kevin from WNY Plumbing were great! They arrived on time and were able to determine the cause of the problem and propose a solution. While here, they were also able to take care of several other issues. Would definitely use them again.

Called earlier to have someone come to my house and replace the plumbing underneath my kitchen sink. Person I spoke to was very polite and walked me through everything. Suggested i get a metal nut instead of a plastic one for the connection at the sink. Gave me the confidence to try again, and I got it! Thanks again
