Outstanding Service! Highly Recommended! ​I recently engaged Winway Home Services to assemble a complex 9-monitor stand, and I am absolutely thrilled with the results. From the very beginning, the company offered the best price by far compared to other quotes, but they certainly did not compromise on standard—this was a top-quality job from start to finish. ​The company sent two technicians, Rajiv and Alimoson, to handle the installation. I cannot praise this duo enough. Assembling a 9-monitor setup is no small feat; it requires an immense amount of technical skill, precision, and experience. Rajiv and Alimoson demonstrated deep knowledge and expertise right from the moment they unboxed the equipment. They knew exactly how to handle the heavy framing and align everything perfectly. ​What truly set them apart, however, was their incredible patience and accommodating attitude. Fine-tuning a massive multi-display matrix takes time, and they were more than happy to adjust the angles and heights to my exact preferences without a single complaint. I engaged their handyman service because of their high ratings and positive reviews on Carousell. To be fair, the workers were punctual, friendly and appeared to try their best during the installation. However, after cleaning up and placing my figurines on the display shelf, I noticed a crack on the acrylic panel and realised that the screw placements were inconsistent. Some were drilled properly into the designated small holes, while others were not. The cracked section was clearly overtightened. I had also emphasised before the job started that the screws should be placed correctly in the small holes. My fault was not checking thoroughly before letting them leave or perhaps shouldn't be so assured they will do a good job and do checking on every screw drilled. When I provided this as feedback to the company, I was disappointed by the hostile response. Instead of acknowledging the workmanship issue, I was told to get a new piece, engage someone else to redo it and then show them how the job should have been done properly. I was not even asking for a refund, only providing feedback and hoping for accountability. A sincere apology would have been appreciated. Unfortunately, the defensive and dismissive reply left a poor impression despite the initially positive experience. Engage at your own risk.

2 guys came to install my 2 corner fans. Was surprised that they don't need to go through the installation manual to fix up so it took a little while for the 1st, but the 2nd set was a breeze. Happy with their patience even when I requested to re-adjust the sweep angle. Definitely have room for improvements. Will definitely get them to do other handyman works as they are very reasonably priced.

Had a choked drain pipe that I needed help with. Managed to secure a slot quickly, at a reasonable price. Rana and Shakil were very punctual and did an excellent job. Their professionalism and attitude was highly commendable, would definitely recommend!

Great experience with Winway. Contacted them via Carousell to replace a smart panel switch (with neutral wire installation) and change a cove light driver. The customer service team promptly arranged the date and time for the job to be done. Hakkim and his team arrived on time and did a thoroughly professional job – efficient, tidy, and clearly explained everything. Highly recommend them for any electrical work..
