The service from the blonde woman was awful, she had terrible attitude, and they have a big dog inside that could attack you at any moment when you walk in.
Bad experience. I greeted her politely as usual, but the woman didn't respond. I needed to print an emergency certificate, and the blonde woman was very unhelpful. On top of that, she charged 500 pesos for a single sheet of paper! Finally, be careful because she has a dog that bites people. I don't recommend it at all. There are other stores nearby that provide friendly and pleasant service. I hope they improve their practices.
The woman who helped me was very rude and answered my questions in a very unpleasant way...if she knows what she's talking about, she should advise her customers properly and not say, "But I already told you!"
