We hired Andrew for website hosting, but our experience was extremely disappointing. From the beginning, he kept pushing us to build a new website, even though our current site already generates consistent leads. We repeatedly asked for a simple update to display our current Google reviews (147 vs. the 26 showing), but this was never completed. We were told it was “being worked on,” yet nothing was delivered. Andrew even locked us out of the back end of OUR OWN WEBSITE so we couldn’t transfer the website properly pure spite for not wanting to continue service Despite paying for two months, our website was taken down while fully paid, and basic maintenance like plugin updates wasn’t handled consistently. Communication was poor, and expectations set at the start were not met. The most frustrating part was that instead of allowing time for a proper transfer, our website was deleted before migration was complete, causing unnecessary disruption to our business. Overall, we did not find value in this service and would not recommend. No other hosting company will do this to you. Few days past do and this is what you’ll get along with no updates you’ve requested many times.
