I have rarely seen customer support worse than theirs. I came across a very incompetent person (who was probably using a translator) who made a mistake, and when I clearly demonstrated that they were wrong, the response was basically that the decision would remain as it was, essentially a "because I said so" - without any real explanation. Later edit: In retaliation for this review, they also banned my other website, which had been on their platform for years and had published multiple articles without any issues. This clearly shows the kind of company you are dealing with. Very professional, indeed =)). Keep away from this company! Answering: 1. “Sexual” content? There are two articles, both 4 years old, without anything explicit - just general articles about sexual life. 2. I made a screenshot. The first reason given was “your site needs authentication”, which was NOT true. 3. After I proved that this was not the case, the only answer I received was “the decision remains as it is.” So, in conclusion: She DID NOT mention what you said (about sexual content) - I have the screenshots of the chat conversation. My review is about how she behaved; first with superficiality, and second, after "I allowed myself" to point out the issue and ask for a proper check, with a sense of superiority. Where is the explanation? Why do you claim that one was given when it clearly wasn’t?

I dealt with the Hungarian branch. They wrote a useless article in English, full of grammatical errors, and as far from a natural sounding copy as possible. When I sent them my edited version, they replaced the first sentence in the original article, but did not touch the remainder. It cost me 100 Euros. Avoid at all costs.
