The phone reps were friendly, professional and gave clear explanations of the services. We chose the yearly level which is a cost up front with quarterly service. And then no charges for any service in between scheduled. The service rep was excellent and thorough. He also explained the service treatments.

The technicians are knowledgeable and clearly experts at what they do, keeping our home well protected from pests and rodents. Scheduling appointments is easy, and follow-ups are handled promptly. While weekend communication can be a bit challenging, we were still able to secure emergency appointments when needed. Overall, we’re very satisfied with Western Pest Services and the quality of care they provide.
I’ve been a long time Abalene customer, & over the past years, Abalene was purchased by Western Pest Services. Otto is my service technician, who has been treating my property for years. Otto is a true professional, knowledgeable and very friendly. Western Pest Services should be proud to have an individual like Otto to represent your organization!!! He’s truly the best!!!!
