Western Pest Services - Pest Control, Egg Harbor Township, NJ

We use Western Pest Services bi-annually for termite control. This time we had several ants at the front of the house. They were able to send someone out the same day (today) and got the job done! Toni on the phone was fantastic who set us up for an appt. and the tech did a great job! A++++

Called Western for an unusual emerging surge of tiny black ants in my house. While recovering from surgery I was resting my eyes when I suddenly was awakened by these creepy crawlers on my hands and arms. From my initial contact with their customer service rep through my contact with their technician who completed the services I can only say how grateful I am for the outstanding customer service and rapid response time we received. The customer service rep was extremely kind, caring, understanding, knowledgeable and a pleasure. She made it all happen! She knew exactly how to juggle things to set up a service visit within an hour. The service technician was knowledgeable and provided a thorough treatment inside and outside. Within a few hours of treatment the ants were completely gone and 3 days out they remain gone. I felt so comfortable and reassured by their service I signed up for their reasonably priced total home protection plan. They will provide quarterly prevention and maintenance against many types of pests/rodents. If there is any issue between those visits they will return for a recall and if something new pops up they provide “emergency visits. “ I highly recommend this company because of the interactions and service I received from their staff! I also signed up for their total home protection plan for another property. The property didn’t have any current issues, but they were there the following day checking for any issues and completed preventative treatment as promised! Quality customer service was the “Key.” Live customer service rep. answers the phone! No wasting time with a chat AI bot!

Marlon was very nice, he listened to me and made sure to take care of all my concerns. He did a great job so hopfully what he did will stop the issues I was having with ants inside and the outside no seem ums.

John recently came to my home to perform a quarterly inspection. While here, he resolved a few issues that I brought to his attention and made a few suggestions on how to deal with any future issues that may arise. John was professional, polite, thorough, patient and personable. Thank you, John!
