Western Pest Services - Pest Control, Cape May Court House, NJ

I literally called the office on a June, Friday morning at 8 am, requesting an inspection and service for suspected carpenter ants. Within an hour Jared, the inspector and salesman was at my home to check things out. He quickly assessed carpenter ants coming from a neighbor’s tree. With tenants coming in shortly after, he was able to get Tyler, the technician to my home for treatment and further inspection. I cannot thank Jared and Tyler enough for this prompt, efficient, and spot on treatment, all done with smiles on their faces! I must also give credit to the woman I spoke to initially who dispatched the call to the correct location. I said I know I’m looking for a miracle before these tenants arrive, and together the three of them pulled it off! Thank you all so much! Crisis averted. Teresa

Exterminator David, Inspector Jared, and Office Admin Jen were exceptional to work with! Very hospitable, friendly, and certainly experts in each of their areas of oversight. I certainly advise to contact your local Western Pest for your servicing needs rather than being routed to the district office. I thought I was calling the local office, but in fact, I was speaking and coordinating with the district office, which I found out at our initial consult, were not in sync with the local office’s schedules. Thank goodness for David and Jen’s quick thinking and rescheduling, they were able to follow through with what was promised by the district office, but not coordinated with the local office. A shout out to Jen, David, and Jared at the Cape May Court House office.

We had a mouse issue at our house. The technician that came to our house was very thorough and really seem experienced in dealing with rodents. He set numerous traps in our house; plug gaps in pipes that led into the house from our crawl space and laid bait traps in the crawl space. He was careful in his approach as we have 2 dogs. Overall, he did a great job!

The technician seemed very thorough and knowledgeable. But, the appointment was for between 10 and 12. Was pleasantly surprised when he came around 6 p.m. Better late then never.

We had Western out for a termite inspection and an ant extermination. Both Jared and Nick were extremely professional and knowledgeable. They took the time to explain the services and the benefits. They were both a pleasure to work with.
