I called this training center asking to speak with the manager. The person who answered confirmed he was the manager. When I asked for his name (a basic courtesy in business communication), he refused and told me to “go ahead with my inquiries.” I pointed out that this was poor customer service since clients should know who they’re speaking with. Instead of addressing this, he dropped the call and ignored further calls. This behavior from a manager is highly unprofessional and unacceptable. If a manager cannot introduce himself or treat clients with respect, it reflects a lack of accountability and sets a very poor example for the organization. A training center that cannot model basic professionalism cannot be trusted to train others.
